Singapore provider offers details on summer camp programs

An educational advisory and service provider from Singapore called Singapore Success Stories recently held a press conference in Beijing to talk about its Singapore summer camp programs.

Speaking about its offerings, Lucian Koh, the boss of the provider said the summer camp programs target students of different ages, and ranges from five days to two weeks.

And it offers Chinese students a chance to study with students from all over the world.

“A summer camp allows students to make new friends, be more confident and broaden their horizons. And our teachers are professional and capable of dealing with emergencies. Also, they teach students through lively activities,” he said.

Separately, he said students will join everyday courses on different themes, including local culture. And they will visit places to get to know about the city’s history and sustainable land management.

Besides, the students will also get to visit universities.

Official data shows that more than 608,400 Chinese students studied abroad in 2017, up nearly 12 percent over 2016.

China remains the largest source country of overseas students in the world.
