Tourists flock to a spectacular sight in Jilin

Rime, a frost that forms on cold objects in freezing conditions, recently appeared on trees at Rime Island in Jilin city, Northeast China's Jilin province, attracting tourists to enjoy the spectacle.

The island is located on the Songhuajiang River. The spectacular sights appear when water vapor from the river meets cold air.
