Lu Jun and his wife Yang Di run a "silent" café in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.

Lu and Yang have hearing and speech impairment. Before deciding to open the café in March, Lu worked as a graphic designer for 16 years. Due to problems in his cervical vertebra, Lu quit his job.

Since Lu and Yang cannot talk with customers, they use sign language or write on boards to communicate.

The 15-square-meter café attracts many customers, including people who cannot hear or speak, since Lu and Yang's story went viral.

Lu hopes he can run the café for a long time and earn people's respect for those with hearing and speech impairment.
