Summer lights up Living Room

The team of chefs at Living Room restaurant launched a summer menu in June with the aim of delighting diners' taste buds and nourishing their bodies. Chefs traveled to Guangdong province in search of new culinary inspiration to add to both their Chinese and Western dishes. Boiled and slightly seasoned with sauce is a new trend on the menu. Salty chicken with shallot oil, Tomahawk steak with potato and yellow mustard sauce and wok-fired Chinese broccoli are all highlights.
