Children with hearing impairment kick off national games in Tianjin

It is the first time for the winter sports including the curling and ice hockey events joining the games.

In addition, it is the first time for the games to open to the community athletes with 11,348 people joining the community section including wheelchair dancing.

Zhang Haidi, chairwoman of China Disabled Persons' Federation, said she expects more disabled persons to demonstrate their best skills and realize their dreams in the games.
