'E-scout' discovers internet celebs in India

Komal Singh is a young housewife from a northeastern state of India. Gao found that Komal's dancing videos were shot at the corner of her house, so Gao suggested that Komal shoot her videos outdoors. In fact, in the village where Komal lives, people who show themselves in public places will be criticized as "misbehaving".

Gao taught her a popular way to film. Komal first convinced her husband. With increasing popularity, she also got the support of her parents-in-law.

Now Komal has 1.5 million fans, and her monthly income is higher than that of her husband. Since she is busy shooting videos, her husband often helps her with the housework.

Gao said the most exciting aspect of the job is chatting with users, especially when users share videos and their achievements.
