2. Traffic light tone at the intersection is necessary

People with visual impairment usually have sensitive hearings. They generally believe that voice facilities in public places should be increased. The traffic lights at most intersections do not have a tone, so they can only follow the crowd blindly, which is dangerous. In addition, they will raise their hands when crossing the road, please see this gesture and slow down.
