Fact vs fiction: Rubio and Hong Kong | Updated: 2019-11-21 11:28

The US Senate passed the so-called Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019 on Tuesday. US Senator Macro Rubio tweeted: "Hong Kong we hear you. We continue to stand with you. Tonight the Senate passed my Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act."

But does Rubio really hear Hong Kong? Has he heard of the protests against the rioters, the frightened gasp of the stabbed election candidate, or the shock after university campuses were set ablaze?

This video shows what is actually going on in Hong Kong, and how brazenly Rubio and the US Senate have interfered in the domestic affairs of China.
