Chinese and Liechtenstein museums form cooperation

One popular activity of National Art Museum of China's public education program is an academic lecture given by leading figures from the field of arts and culture.

The latest speaker, Rainer Vollkommer, director of the National Museum of Liechtenstein and a scholar of Greek art, delivered a talk at the Beijing museum on Saturday on Greek art between the fifth and fourth century BC.

Before his speech, Vollkommer signed an agreement with Wu Weishan, the director of National Art Museum, to enhance strategic cooperation between the two museums, including mounting exhibitions of each other's collections and strengthening exchanges on the preservation and conservation of artworks in collection.
