Palace Museum collections in unprecedented scale exhibited in Macao

"A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains 3.0" exhibition illustrates the extraordinary charm of the painting of Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127), the largest piece among extant Chinese blue-green landscape paintings and one of the 10 most famous ancient paintings in China, by means of digital multimedia, interactive experience and spatial displays.

The digital long scroll, with 35 meters in length and six meters in height, is the world's first dynamic digital scroll with multichannel technology and real-time interaction with the audience, and is equipped with the function to change the appearance to represent different seasons and weather, said Vincent Gao, technical director of the exhibition.
