FM pledges gradual resumption of normal foreign exchanges for win-win

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Sunday pledged efforts to gradually resume normal exchanges with other countries and adopt forceful measures to bolster international win-win cooperation in helping the country win its war against poverty.

Wang told a news briefing on Sunday that China's development is faced with extremely complicated external challenges, and the Foreign Ministry will work to minimize the shock from the pandemic over the safety and health of the people and socioeconomic development.
