Calligraphic masterpiece duplicated in thread

Li Shaoyu, inheritor of Pengshui Miao embroidery, an intangible cultural heritage, spent more than two years and used more than 10,000 meters of embroidery thread to duplicate a Chinese calligraphy masterpiece from the Song Dynasty. [Provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

In June 2010, Huang's Dizhuming sold at auction for 436.8 million yuan ($63.8 million) in Beijing.

In 2018, Li decided to present the calligraphy masterpiece using Miao embroidery.
