Tianjin sends anti-virus help to Hebei

Twenty negative-pressure isolation ambulances with 87 helpers from Tianjin arrived in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, late Monday evening to support local efforts against the coronavirus and the treatment of confirmed COVID-19 patients.

The group consists of 40 doctors, 40 professional ambulance drivers and seven administrative staff members from Tianjin medical authorities and leading hospitals.

On Sunday evening, 24 medical workers, five trucks with medical facilities, one special vehicle used as a command center and five negative-pressure ambulances, left for Xingtai, Hebei province, another hot spot in the recent domestic outbreak.

They arrived in Xingtai at dawn on Monday and have started providing aid to patients.
