Pizza, paper-cutting join forces in Shenyang

Shenyang, Liaoning province, held a paper-cutting activity in a restaurant to help people experience the beauty of the intangible cultural heritage.

"It was the first experience with the traditional art for many young people, as well as way to express their wishes for the New Year," said Chu Chunzhi, Liaoning's inheritor of the paper-cutting craft.

"This not only helps the art spread, but also incorporates interesting modern elements. It is in line with the aesthetics, application and inheritance of the new generation."
