The painted barley stalks and seedlings in vases both represent the meaning of the harvest, prosperity and a good year.

Beautifully painted and decorated sheep head skulls are also sold everywhere. The placement of a decorated sheep head in the room represents the beginning of a new year in Tibetan culture.
