Recently relocated to Beijing's Parkview Green Shopping Center, ITO Japanese Cuisine is welcoming diners with authentic Japanese flavors and a brand new environment.

The decor of the restaurant combines past and present and connects the outdoor space with indoor dining areas.

An updated menu has been launched along with the new location. Each of the appetizers is fresh and colorful in both presentation and flavor. The nonaka goose liver is a signature dish, as the liver is slowly cooked at low temperature before being smoked. The berry adds a sour flavor to the dish and the sea urchin makes the dish more flavorful.

The white fish carpaccio and half-cooked beef salad are also worth trying.

Yakitori is also a highlight on the menu. Each component is cooked with precise timing and unique seasoning.
