Dong Zhenxiang, a chef and the founder of Da Dong, a high-end roast duck restaurant chain,  presented yellow croaker sashimi and fish maw with caviar.

Mai Guangfan, a celebrity chef who is nicknamed "the prince of abalone" because of his skill with seafood, presented his signature dishes comprising abalone and beef tongue.
