Sang is learning to become a choreographer, composing music, modulating LED lights, forming lines and writing scripts. She is so occupied that she really has no time to think about mundane issues, like aging. As for the future, Sang doesn't know how to define it, as she really enjoys the present. For her, the stage she loves and pours her blood into is her future.

Likewise, Guo Lirong, 62, was a police officer in the Daxing'anling region of Heilongjiang province before retirement. She came to Beijing in 2015 because her children were working there. When she was at a friend's house by sheer chance, she was asked to be a model, and she bought a set of cheongsam and a pair of 8 cm high heels at a store near the Wukesong area for 500 yuan ($78). Guo wrote down the phone number of a model teacher on the shoe box. Later, she called the teacher and paid 1,400 yuan to sign up for courses. Her studies have continued for three years, from elementary to intermediate, and then to advanced classes. Her physique was worked on through strenuous hours at the gym, mostly to improve muscle tone. It gave her added confidence in her new role.
