In Beijing's suburban farmlands, it is getting more and more common to see people born in the 1980s and 1990s or even younger. These young people have mastered modern agricultural production and taken on management positions, being called "new farmers" in the process. Within the broader context of rural revitalization, more and more young people are choosing to go to the countryside to realize self-fulfillment.

These young farmers have brought vigor to each section of agricultural production. See these images captured by Wang Zicheng, which show these young farmers and the changes they are bringing to a timeworn profession.
