California governor dismisses 'zero sum'

California governor Gavin Newsom dismissed "zero sum" theory when asked about US-China relations on Wednesday.
Newsom met reporters at a news briefing in Beijing as part of his seven-day trip to China.
"The more successful China is, the more successful we all will be," he said.
