Beijing exhibition spotlights rising stars in contemporary art

The 7th Poly Contemporary Art Exhibition opened at the Beijing's Time Museum on Dec 15, offering a glimpse into the diverse perspectives and artistic skills of emerging talents. It will run through Dec 24.

Titled "Rising Stars", the exhibition showcases nearly 100 artworks created by 46 young artists from more than 20 universities worldwide, including the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the China Academy of Art, the United Kingdom's Royal College of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence in Italy.

Hosted by the Poly Art Center, the exhibition has entered its 7th edition this year, aiming to introduce and promote cutting-edge contemporary art in China, cultivate young and innovative artists, and bring contemporary art to a wider audience.
