Beijing welcomed the grand opening of Playa Maya water park on June 15, offering a vibrant blend of aquatic thrills, carnival festivities, and artistic showcases to the public. Operated by Overseas Chinese Town's Happy Valley, this dynamic park marks the 12th addition to their esteemed roster of water parks, promising a diverse array of 35 water-based attractions tailored to visitors of all ages.

Positioned to become a premier recreational destination in the capital, Playa Maya aims to redefine leisure experiences by seamlessly fusing the enigmatic allure of ancient Maya culture with cutting-edge technology within a picturesque mountain-and-sea landscape. At the inauguration ceremony, a park official emphasized the park's vision to serve as a cultural nexus and entertainment hub, bridging the past with the present.
