Jennifer Aniston has revealed what she looks for in a partner.
"I've gone for each type of man. The rough guy, the nerdy, sweet, lovable type, the slick guy," the former Friends star told the News of the World. "Men in general are a good thing, I think."
Asked about how her relationship with Vince Vaughn is going, she joked, "Well, to date, he hasn't serenaded me under my balcony.
"In a man I look for a friend, someone who is an equal and with whom I'm comfortable. I want to be loved, happy and not settle for something less than we all deserve. But a relationship by itself isn't what's going to make me survive. It's the cherry on the top."
Aniston and Vaughn got together while filming The Break Up, but both have avoided speaking publicly about their relationship.
She credits boyfriend Vince Vaughn with making her a better actress.
The Break-Up star compared their relationship to working with a tennis pro, and insists Vaughn improves her game.
Aniston says, "Vince is one of the best people around when it comes to improvisation, and you learn so much. It has helped me free up my acting."
