Four workers were injured, including one seriously, after they were buried under more than 10 tons of sugar in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.

The incident took place in a sugar refinery warehouse in Zhuhai on Sunday.

A 10-metre-high mountain of sugar suddenly collapsed when the workers were transporting it out of the warehouse.

Seven rescue workers worked more than 10 minutes to dig out the victims.

The four were immediately sent to a nearby hospital, where they are still recovering.
