4.7-magnitude quake hits China's Yushu

BEIJING - A 4.7-magnitude quake jolted Zadoi County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in northwest China's Qinghai Province at 8:04 p.m. Monday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.

The epicenter, with a depth of 6 km, was monitored at about 32.9 degrees north latitude and 94.7 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
