Woman, 20, kills self after failing gaokao

A 20-year-old woman killed herself after failing the college entrance examination for the second time, China Youth Daily reported on Wednesday.
Yang Yuan cut her left raist with a fruit life at her home in Congzhou of Sichuan province on June 22， took three pieces of pesticide and then left a note, saying that she was sorry for her parents.
Her father, a migrant worker in Lhasa, capital of the Tibet autonomous region, was waiting for his daughter to call him that day to tell him the exam result, but instead he received a call from his wife, who told him that their daughter was dead.
