train in a petrochemical factory in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi
Province July 23, 2003. A tank on the train burst into flames at 5:40 p.m.
and ignited neighboring tanks, before being put out about 80 minutes
later. No injuries were reported and the cause of the accident was under
