A fashionably dressed couple fervently embraced and kissed each other outside a residential complex in Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province to distract attention from their accomplices who were breaking into residents' homes, reports Jiangnan Metro News.

At about 8 am, patrolling police passed a residential complex where more than 30 residents had gathered to stare at the passionately expressive couple. One of the residents said they had been going at it for half an hour. The suspicious officers immediately began to check the apartments, only to discover two young men nervously hurrying out of a flat, each carrying a canvas bag.

When police stopped and questioned the men, they confessed to plotting the burglaries along with the kissing couple.
