Colleges discourage students from driving
( 2003-08-20 10:39) (China Daily)

Shanghai Morning Post reports that Fudan University has a regulation forbidding students from driving their cars to the school. Although other universities do not have the same strict policy, most require those who do have cars to apply for a special pass, but students can only park on campus free of charge for one hour.
