Tibetan monks unveil the giant Buddhist Tangka on the hillside of the Drepung monastery, and blow trumpets to celebrate, during the annual Shoton or Yogurt festival, in the outskirts of Lhasa on Wednesday. The week-long festival attracts thousands of pilgrims and tourists to the Drepung monastery, founded in 1416, and now the largest and richest monastery in Tibet.[CNS]
