Eight unarmed men robbed passengers on a train travelling from Shaoyang to Changsha on Sunday without anyone resisting them or calling for help, reports Xiaoxiang Morning Post.

At about midnight, the eight men suddenly appeared in the seventh carriage of the train.

While two of them blocked either end of the carriage, the other six began to rob the passengers.

Although the robbers showed no weapons, nobody fought back, but simply handed over their purses, cellphones and other valuables instantly and quietly.

No one managed to call police or even alert a passing conductor of the ongoing crime.

The gangsters easily moved from the seventh to the fourth carriages, robbing passengers all along the way. They disembarked at Zhuzhou station.
