A woman in Luzhou appeared in court on charges of invasion of privacy after her husband's mother and brothers were mistakenly videotaped while bathing in her attempt to catch her husband in an alleged affair, reports Chengdu Business News.

In order to win a divorce suit against her husband, Yang Hong hired a man to film him secretly as she suspected him of having an affair.

Last September, the videographer positioned a camera in a building opposite to where her husband was then living. But as the man was unfamiliar with Lei's family members, he recorded anyone who entered the bathroom to take a bath.

He was caught by Lei and his brothers when Lei happened to notice a figure moving in the building across the way.
