Four skillful thieves, all in their teens, stole two motorcycles in Huairou District which they then used to rob nine pedestrians on the same day.

Early on Friday morning, police received a call about a gang of thieves on motorcycles targeting pedestrians in the district.

Patrolmen eventually encountered three suspicious men at Gucheng Bridge that evening. The fourth was arrested later in connection with the crimes. Of the four young thieves, three were 18 and the youngest was just 16, Beijing Times reports.
