The Hangzhou Municipal People's Government has put forward "four goals" to revive the re-employment market, sources said on Wednesday. The city government pledged to create 130,000 new job opportunities, help 110,000 jobless workers find new job, train 42,000 laid-offs and control the urban unemployment rate at 4.5 percent by 2005.
