Government sends flowers to residents

Residents of Xinjing Town in the Changning District have received potted
flowers purchased by the government with which they are to decorate their
balconies, reports Shanghai Morning Post.
Since September, the town government has purchased more than 1,000 potted
flowers for 300 households that have promised to take good care of the flowers.
The government will continue to buy different flowers in different seasons
for responsible citizens.
A batch of winter blooms have already been ordered and will soon be delivered
to locals.
