Beijing will unveil a new tourist draw at the beginning of next year - the public will be allowed into the Beijing Banknote Printing Plant to see how the notes are made, reports Beijing Evening News.

After the new production lines, featuring high-tech machinery, are opened to the public, visitors from home and abroad may witness renminbi notes being printed.

The new machines are now being installed at the plant.
