AS Roma striker Francesco Totti has been included in Italy's 20-man squad to face Romania at the weekend after recovering from a back injury.

The striker missed Italy's 3-1 defeat by Poland on Wednesday, but was declared fit for Sunday's friendly in Ancona.

A period of fine form for Lazio has earned striker Simone Inzaghi only his third international call-up, while Parma's 30-year-old defender Marcello Castellini could become one of the oldest players ever to make an international debut with the Azzurri.
