11 killed in Xinjiang quake

An old man looks at the debris of a house following an earthquake December 1, 2003 in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The quake, measuring 6.1 on the Richter Scale, killed 11 people and injured 17 others in Zhaosu County near the China-Kazakhstan border.
