Heater burns feet off drunk woman

A worker at a factory in the
Jiading District woke from a hangover on Sunday morning to find her feet
missing, Shanghai Evening Post reports.
At 7:53 am on Sunday, a cleaner noticed a strong burning smell while passing
the women's dormitory.
Upon opening the door, she saw the 39-year-old Yang sleeping in bed.
A heater close to the bed had burnt the quilt covering Yang as she slept.
Through the thick smoke, the cleaner saw that all 10 of Yang's toes were gone
and her feet and lower legs were also badly burned.
Yang woke up in hospital two hours later.
Yang said she had drunk too much Saturday night and fell asleep after turning
on the heater near her bed.
