Man's pals slash ex-girlfriend's face

A man admitted to colluding with his friends to slash the face of his former
girlfriend as a lesson for leaving him, Shanghai Evening Post reports.
Wu started dating Chen last May, but Chen broke up with him this year because
the two constantly quarrelled.
After complaining about her decision to his friends, Wang and Li, the two
decided to teach Chen a lesson "so she would never forget that she belonged to
Wu". Wu agreed and promised to pay them US$400.
Wang and Li stopped Chen as she was walking home at 10:00 pm on November 10
and slashed her face with knives.
