Shane Battier scored six of his 14 points in the second overtime, including the go-ahead basket, and the Memphis Grizzlies won their second straight road game after losing eight in a row, 115-113 over Golden State on Monday night.

It was the second straight overtime game for both teams and Memphis improved to 4-0 in extra time.

Mike Miller scored 24 points for Memphis, which has gone over 100 points in all five of its games this month. Jason Williams had 15 points, 12 assists and six rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season. Battier also added 10 rebounds.

Erick Dampier had a season-high 23 points, 22 rebounds and a season-high seven blocks for Golden State. Dampier had his 18th double-double of the season and it marked the second time in his career he's been over 20 in both categories.

Grizzlies coach Hubie Brown became the franchise leader in victories with 47 as his team won in Oakland for just the sixth time in 16 trips.

Jason Richardson, who added 21 points, dunked with 8 seconds left in the first overtime to tie the game at 108 and send it into a second extra period. Mike Dunleavy came up with a loose ball at midcourt and dribbled it down before finding an open Richardson.

Williams inbounded to James Posey and Richardson tied him up and the jump went to Williams. Posey missed a desperation 3 at the buzzer.

Nick Van Exel added 23 points, 16 after halftime, and Clifford Robinson 15 before fouling out with 5:17 left in regulation.

The Grizzlies won for the fourth time in five games, with seven players scoring in double figures.

Pau Gasol, averaging 20.5 points and 8.8 rebounds in his previous eight meetings against Golden State, made one of two free throws with 38 seconds left in regulation to force the first OT. He finished with 17 points and five rebounds before fouling out with 2:35 left in the first OT.

Van Exel missed a long jumper with 13 seconds left and Brian Cardinal came up with the offensive rebound and got the ball back to Van Exel, who penetrated through the key and missed a running shot just before the buzzer of regulation.

Cardinal had a career-high 13 rebounds.

Warriors forward Troy Murphy missed his third straight game because of bone spurs in his right ankle.

Robinson scored five straight during a 14-4 Warriors' run to end the third quarter that gave Golden State an 81-73 heading into the final period.

Calbert Cheaney started a 14-2 Warriors' run on his jumper with 42 seconds left in the first quarter that gave Golden State the lead early in the second. But the Warriors, who shot 55 percent in the opening period, went cold from the field and trailed 49-47 at halftime.
