Russians arrive in China for North Korea talks

A Russian delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Losyukov arrived in Beijing on Monday for six-party talks on North Korea nuclear issue.

Envoys from the United States, South Korea and Japan were due to arrive later in the day. The North Korean delegation was expected to land in Beijing on Tuesday.

The talks are set to begin on February 25 and are expected to run at least through Friday.
