Up to 30 people were feared dead in Pakistan after a ferry struck a bridge
and capsized in the Indus river, police said on Friday.
The body of a woman had been recovered and 29 people were missing after the
Thursday evening accident near Chechna Sharif town in central Pakistan's Punjab
province.
About 40 passengers returning from a Muslim shrine were on the ferry when it
struck the bridge, said police official Abdul Hameed Joya. About 10 passengers
