Real Madrid starts US tour in Chicago

Roberto Carlos, and Uruguayans Carlos Diogo and Pablo Garcia, who will make
their debuts with the team.
"It's really a good experience for us to come here," said Real Madrid
director of sport Emiliano Butragueno. "We really hope that the two games we're
going to play here are going to be very exciting for both the players and those
fans who are going to attend the games. We know that (soccer) is growing fast
here in the United States, and we would like to (promote that). ... We are going
to do our best to make a great impression and to make these two games something
memorable."
Saturday's matchup pits one of Europe's storied franchises against one of
Mexico's best teams.
"Previously, Mexico didn't have experience internationally," midfielder Raul
said. "But now ... things have changed."
