NPC

The Second Session of the 10th NPC will hold its second plenary meeting at the Great Hall of the People.

Ma Kai, minister of the National Development and Reform Commission, will deliver a report on the implementation of the 2003 national economic and social development plan, and a draft plan for national economic and social development in 2004.

Finance Minister Jin Renqing will deliver a report covering last year's central and local government budgets and the central and local government budgets for this year.

3 pm: NPC deputies to hold discussions.

3 pm: Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing is scheduled to hold a press conference at the Great Hall of the People.
