The China Economic Summit will hold a seminar on fast-growing domestic companies' overseas listing at the People's Congress Hall and China World Hotel May 21-22.

The summit is jointly sponsored by the organizing commission office of the 7th China Bejing International High-Tech Expo, China Economic Joint Research Center, WorldCN.com and the 21st Century Economic Report.

Tsingtao Brewery Group's listing in Hong Kong lifted the curtain on domestic companies' overseas listing. This year, as the Chinese mainland's A-share market remains in the doldrums, and international capital markets shift their focus on China, a large batch of fast-growing domestic companies are once again eyeing the overseas securities market. Overseas listing has become an inexorable trend in the development of fast-growing domestic companies.

The seminar aims to spread awareness among domestic companies about the overseas securities market, expand their financing channels and find proper stock exchanges, provide a better environment for technical innovations, support qualified domestic companies entering the global capital market, and promote the healthy development of fast-growing companies.

Famous stock exchanges, such as the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Toronto Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and financial investment giants like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, the Union Bank of Switzerland, Nomura Securities and SoftBank, will also be invited to give speeches at the seminar.
