A spokeswoman for the company said: "MJM International can confirm that Kimberly Stewart has replaced Jade Jagger as the new face and body of Adore Moi by Ultimo."
The Adore Moi collection was launched in September as an affordable underwear range for women over 35 and is exclusive to Debenhams stores.
Kimberly Stewart was recently voted the world's most eligible woman in a poll by men's magazine FHM.
Girl's Aloud singer Sarah Harding is the current face of Ultimo's flagship brand.
