Carnatinon Hello Kitty cat prevails in Japan

A woman makes a flower arrangement with carnations decorated in the
form of the Hello Kitty cat, during a photo opportunity at a shop in Tokyo
April 3, 2007. Bouquets made up of these carnations, which are decorated
with styrofoam ears, plastic eyes and nose and a ribbon, are sold at
anything between 2,100 Yen and 26, 250 Yen ($18 and $222). Hello Kitty is
a white cat character produced by Japanese company Sanrio.
