Abstract:

Chinese government information construction has improved significantly over the years, though there are still increasingly prominent problems in information mechanism, planning, policies, evaluation, supervision and safety, which have had a strong impact on the healthy development of government informatization. It is important to plan in a scientific way and work out systems and mechanisms to promote rapid and sound development of government informatization.
