Chishui: wetlands repairing the ecological environment

Chihui has been exploring its own methods of water pollution disposal and treatment in recent years, including river system treatments, ecological restoration and living environment improvement.
In 2014, the city built Fenghuang Wetland Park, its first wetland park, integrating the functions of tourism, leisure, sightseeing and experience on the land stretching across 3,250 mu (216.67 hectares).
Located in Fenghuang village, the park has helped the village to purify sewage and repair soil erosion. The park has also boosted local tourism, with local homes engaged in home stay business.
